In the past few days, fluctuations in various data centers have been happening. This is not new to webmasters and internet marketing people. In fact, this happens whenever another PR update in about to happen.

Early this day, PR in the Google toolbar also started updating. My websites experienced both increase and decrease in pagerank. And as always, there are some results no one can ever understand.
